Guild Rules
- Disruptive Behavior – An excessive amount of complaining, non-constructive criticism, arguing within the guild, etc., will result in removal from the guild. This does not mean that members can never complain, criticize or argue. The keyword here is "excessive", meaning that it reaches the point where it affects guild cohesiveness. Any guild member that engages in excessively disruptive behavior will receive a cautionary warning first, and if that behavior continues, they will be booted from the guild.
- Respect Your Guild Members – You are required to treat other members of the guild with respect. How you actually feel about them is not relevant, but your behavior is. Feel free to interact with anyone outside of the guild however you like, as long as it doesn't violate any of the guild rules.
- Ventrilo - every one must have ventrilo program even if they don't have microphone just so they can listen in and know whats going on.
- Please do not beg for money/items - That being said, we expect all guild members to give to each other with little regard for themselves. The more we can help each other, the better our guild will become. Pay it forward; give with the idea in mind of getting others to give as well. If there is an item in the guild bank you are interested in, submit a mail asking for what you want and why. Your request will be processed within a week or so.
- Please do not speak badly of the guild in the guild chat/forums/public - If there is something you feel strongly about and don't like please send a private message to any of the guild's officers. We will try our best to accommodate and resolve the problem. Going on the guild/public chat and just venting your anger/issues is very bad for morale and does not solve any problems. If you choose to talk with an officer, your issue will likely be resolved. If you decide to criticize and vent in chat or ventrilo you will only create a negative environment. The officers are more than able to silence this if it becomes a problem.
- Respect your elders - Respect those who are ranked above yourself. They have put in many hours to help shape reforged into the place that we call home. That doesn't mean that they are above reproach, but it does mean that they have been given that position for a reason.
- Inactivity - We understand that each and every member of our guild have lives outside of Earthrise. If you have other priorities that will keep you from joining us on our raids, please let an officer know in-game or on our forums. Any member that has been MIA for more than 2 weeks without us knowing will be demoted and kept in Non-raids status. If you do not log in for over a month without notice, you will be removed from the guild.
